2. Ethical Responsibilities of Authors
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts represent original work and have been prepared in accordance with accepted academic standards. Authors must:
1. Submit original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another journal.

4. Ensure that all individuals listed as authors have made significant intellectual contributions to the research and manuscript.
5. Obtain appropriate ethical approval and informed consent when required by the nature of the research.
6. Disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation.
7. Notify the editor promptly if a significant error is identified in a submitted or published manuscript.
8. Avoid plagiarism, duplicate publication, inappropriate text recycling, and other forms of publication misconduct.

3. Ethical Responsibilities of Editors
Editors are responsible for ensuring that editorial decisions are made fairly, objectively, and independently. Editors must:
1. Evaluate manuscripts based on their academic quality, relevance, originality, and contribution to the journal's scope.
2. Treat all submissions fairly, without discrimination based on the authors' personal characteristics, institutional affiliations, nationality, gender, religion, or other irrelevant considerations.
3. Maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and related communications.
4. Select qualified reviewers whose expertise is relevant to the manuscript.
5. Manage conflicts of interest and refrain from handling manuscripts when impartiality may be compromised.
6. Take appropriate action when suspected ethical violations are identified.
7. Ensure that decisions regarding acceptance, revision, rejection, correction, or retraction are based on appropriate editorial and ethical considerations.

4. Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers contribute to the quality and integrity of published research through constructive and objective evaluation. Reviewers must:
1. Assess manuscripts objectively, professionally, and within the agreed review period.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and refrain from sharing or using unpublished material for personal advantage.
3. Identify relevant publications that have not been cited by the authors when appropriate.
4. Inform the editor of any suspected plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate publication, or other ethical concerns.
5. Disclose potential conflicts of interest and decline the review when they may affect impartiality.
6. Provide clear, evidence-based comments that help authors improve their manuscripts.

5. Ethical Responsibilities of the Publisher
The publisher supports the journal's editorial independence and is responsible for providing appropriate administrative and publishing support. The publisher must not interfere improperly with editorial decisions and must support reasonable measures to address allegations of publication misconduct.

6. Peer Review and Editorial Decision-Making
All manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial assessment and, when considered suitable, peer review in accordance with the journal's established review procedures. Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript's quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and reviewers' recommendations.
The journal seeks to ensure that the review process is fair, confidential, and free from undue influence.

7. Plagiarism and Research Misconduct
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, duplicate submission or publication, citation manipulation, inappropriate authorship practices, or other forms of research and publication misconduct.
When concerns arise, the editorial team will examine the available evidence and may request clarification or supporting documentation from the authors. Where necessary, the journal may reject a manuscript, suspend the editorial process, publish a correction, issue an expression of concern, or retract a published article. Appropriate parties may be contacted when warranted.

8. Conflicts of Interest
Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, professional, personal, or institutional relationships that could influence their judgment. The journal will take reasonable steps to manage disclosed conflicts and preserve the integrity of editorial decisions.

9. Corrections and Retractions
The journal is committed to correcting the scholarly record when significant errors or ethical violations are identified. Corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions may be issued when justified by the evidence and in accordance with the journal's relevant policies.
Any action will be handled transparently and with due consideration for the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

10. Research Involving Human Participants
Research involving human participants must be conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards. Authors must obtain approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board when required and must respect participants' rights, privacy, confidentiality, and informed consent.
