licensing services especially Building Permit (IMB), the government tries to create an
optimal service system.To realize the orderliness of building implementation, to
guarantee the technical reliability of the building and the realization of legal certainty in
the implementation of the building, then every building must be build based on Building
Permit (IMB).
The background of this research is commonly the society proposed the IMB after the
building already build in advanced. This is very contradicts with applicable regulation
because basically IMB given to the building to be built or have not be build. It will impact
to irregularity of construction such as distance from road to building, wide open space,
and others. Without regulation, buildings will become increasingly chaotic and not paying
attention to the prevailing rules, not reporting IMB can also cause uncontrolled
development to appear everywhere like mushrooms without regard to applicable
regulations.Land intended to be a park could be converted into a house without control. In
addition, the pace of development needs to be considered. Such rapid development can
also have adverse impacts on the environment.
