Pengaruh Sholat Duha 12 Rakaat Terhadap Tekanan Darah Sistol Dan Diastol Serta Denyut Nadi Pada Lansia Muslimah

Angka mortalitas dan morbilitas pada perempuan yang terbanyak disebabkan oleh cardiovascular disease (CVD). Di Amerika dilaporkan insidensi lansia yang menderita CVD adalah sekitar 75% dengan penderita perempuan lebih banyak dari laki-laki (Rodgers et al., 2019).  Di Indonesia CVD menjadi penyebab bagi sepertiga dari keseluruhan mortalitas dan morbiditas  (WHO, 2018). Sumatera Barat menempati urutan ke-10 dengan jumlah kasus penyakit jantung yaitu sebesar 1,6%. PSTW Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin adalah panti terbesar di Sumatera Barat dengan jumlah lansia terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 110 orang dengan usia lansia pada PSTW ini berkisar dari 61 -101 tahun dengan berbagai masalah kesehatan diantaranya adalah hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh sholat duha 12 rakaat terhadap tekanan darah sistol dan diastol serta denyut nadi pada lansia muslimah. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperiment dengan menggunakan pendekatan One Gruop Pretest-Posttest design dengan sampel sebanyak 11 orang, dengan  analisa data menggunakan Paired T-test samples. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan adanya pengaruh sholat duha terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistole dan diastole lansia dengan nilai P-value < 0,05, akan tetapi tidak  pengaruh sholat dhuha 12 rakaat terhadap denyut nadi dengan p-value = 0.100. Disarankan bagi petugas panti  agar lebih memperhatikan mendukung para lansia dalam melaksanakan sholat dhuha dan memberikan reword yang positif bagi yang melaksanakan sehingga dapat menurunkan tekan darah penderita hipertensi..
