PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF POWERPOINT BERBASIS INKUIRI TERBIMBING PADA MATERI HUKUM DASAR KIMIA KELAS X SMA/MA

The purpose of this research is to create guided inquiry based powerpoint interactive
learning media on basic chemistry law and determine the level of validity and practicality
as a media to learn chemistry. Type of this research is the Research and Development
(R&D). The development model used in this research is 4-D development model which
consist of define, design, develop and disseminate but this research is limited to the
develop stage. The research instrument is questionnaire of validity and practicality sheet.
Guided inquiry based powerpoint interactive learning media on basic chemistry law
validated by 5 validators and then the practicality was done by 2 teachers and 24 students
of class XII IPA SMAN 8 Padang of academic year 2018/2019. Data from the validity and
practicality test result were analyzed using the Kappa Cohen formula. Based on the result
of the research found the moment kappa of validity was 0,79 with high validity category.
The practicality level of teacher response questionnaires was obtained with a value of 0,82
with a very high category and 0,85 from the responses of students with very high
practicality categories. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that the
guided inquiry based powerpoint interactive learning media on the basic chemistry law
produced is valid and practical used in chemistry learning.
