KONTRIBUSI KOMPETENSI PROFESIONALISME GURU TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

Abstract


Tingkat motivasi peserta didik tidak jarang dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana kompetensi pendidik menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur besaran kontribusi kompetensi profesionalime yang dimiliki guru terhadap peningkatan motivasi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampel, teknik analisis data menggunakan dilakukan melalui berbagai uji dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian adalah kompetensi profesionalisme guru memberikan kontribusi berdasarkan adjusted R square sebesar 0.510 hal ini berarti 51% dari variabel peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di MIN 2 Pasaman Barat dipengaruhi oleh variabel konstribusi kompetensi profesionalisme guru, adapun 49 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain di luar cakupan penelitian
