PENGUATAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI MENYUSUI PADA IBU POSTPARTUM MELALUI INTERVENSI KEPERAWATAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI

Pendahuluan: Capaian ASI eksklusif di Indonesia masih belum optimal. Ibu postpartum berisiko mengalami masalah psikologis yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan menyusui. Kepercayaan diri menyusui (breastfeeding self-efficacy) merupakan determinan penting keberhasilan menyusui, namun intervensi tatap muka memiliki keterbatasan akses, waktu, dan keberlanjutan. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi keperawatan digital LASIRAH (Lancar ASI Sehat Ibu Riang Anak dan Happy) terhadap kepercayaan diri menyusui pada ibu postpartum. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama mengembangkan LASIRAH menggunakan model Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) dan menguji kelayakannya dengan Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use Questionnaire (USE Questionnaire) pada 30 responden. Tahap kedua menggunakan desain quasi-experimental pretest–posttest with control group pada 60 ibu postpartum di Kabupaten Cilacap tahun 2025, terdiri atas 30 kelompok intervensi dan 30 kelompok kontrol. Kepercayaan diri menyusui diukur menggunakan Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale–Short Form (BSES-SF). Hasil: LASIRAH memiliki usability sebesar 84,54%. Skor kepercayaan diri menyusui kelompok intervensi meningkat dari 55,87 menjadi 65,87 secara signifikan (p<0,001; Δ=9,44), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak bermakna (p=0,704). Kesimpulan: LASIRAH efektif meningkatkan kepercayaan diri menyusui dan berpotensi menjadi intervensi keperawatan maternitas berbasis digital untuk mendukung pendampingan menyusui berkelanjutan. Diskusi: Oleh karena itu, aplikasi ini disarankan untuk diterapkan di tingkat komunitas dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sebagai media edukasi mandiri yang dapat diakses oleh ibu nifas dan tenaga kesehatan.
