Bergulirnya era industri 4.0 maka perusahaan diharapkan dapat menerapkan konsep-konsep yang dapat mendukung terciptanya organisasi yang efektif dan efisien. Kinerja perusahaan yang baik merupakan muara akhir yang ingin dicapai oleh semua organisasi. Untuk mencapainya dibutuhkan dukungan semua bagian dalam organisasi, termasuk karyawan. Banyak teori yang menyatakan bahwa komitmen profesi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif kepada performa perusahaan. Riset ini dilakukan di PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur cabang Medan dengan 60 orang subjek penelitian. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah melihat model komitmen profesi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan diasumsikan dapat memberikan sumbangan kepada kinerja perusahaan. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa komitmen terhadap profesi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan berarti bahwa apabila model komitmen profesi dan kepuasan kerja mengalami peningkatan maka diharapkan performa perusahaan juga mengalami peningkatan.
