VIRTUAL REALITY (VR) DENGAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DALAM IMPLEMENTASI REHABILITASI PSIKOSOSIAL ODGJ

Pendahuluan: Gangguan jiwa merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang membutuhkan pendekatan rehabilitasi psikososial yang efektif. Keterbatasan tenaga profesional dan fasilitas layanan menimbulkan kebutuhan inovasi terapi, termasuk penggunaan Virtual Reality (VR). Teknologi ini berpotensi menciptakan lingkungan simulatif aman yang mampu meningkatkan fungsi sosial dan emosional Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen One Group Pretest–Posttest pada 10 ODGJ yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Intervensi VR diberikan selama tiga hari. Empat aspek perilaku psikososial diukur, yaitu emosi-afektif, interaksi-komunikasi, kognitif-adaptif, dan motorik-fisik. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Paired T-test untuk melihat perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil: Skor rata-rata perilaku psikososial sebelum intervensi adalah 1,24 (SD 0,18), menggambarkan kemampuan awal yang rendah dan homogen. Setelah diberikan intervensi VR, skor meningkat menjadi 2,37 (SD 0,20), dengan selisih 1,13 poin. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (p<0,00). Perbaikan terlihat pada regulasi emosi, kemampuan interaksi, respons kognitif, serta koordinasi motorik; responden menjadi lebih tenang, lebih komunikatif, dan mampu mengikuti instruksi simulasi dengan lebih baik. Kesimpulan: Intervensi VR terbukti efektif meningkatkan fungsi psikososial ODGJ dalam waktu singkat. Lingkungan virtual yang imersif memfasilitasi pembelajaran sosial dan emosional tanpa risiko stigma, sementara pendekatan terapi digital ini membantu secara personal. VR dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif pendukung terapi konvensional dalam upaya rehabilitasi psikososial di layanan kesehatan jiwa.
