DISCHARGE PLANNING BERBASIS KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SECI MODEL SEBAGAI CARA PENCEGAHAN MALNUTRISI BAYI BARU LAHIR DI RUMAH SAKIT

Latar Belakang: Malnutrisi merupakan masalah utama yang sering terjadi selama bayi baru lahir menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Sebanyak 6,1-51% bayi baru lahir mengalami malnutrisi dengan keadaan penurunan berat badan akibat dari asupan nutrisi yang tidak adekuat. Untuk mengatasi diperlukan upaya untuk pencegahan malnutrisi dengan discharge planning berbasis knowledge management melalui Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) model.

Tujuan penelitian: efektivitas discharge planning berbasis knowledge management SECI model untuk mencegah manutrisi pada bayi baru lahir di rumah sakit

Metode penelitian: menggunakan teknik quasi experiment pre and posttest with control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 25 responden. Perawat akan mendapatkan pelatihan discharge planning berbasis knowledge management SECI model. Kelompok intervensi mendapatkan penguatan discharge planning berbasis knowledge management sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan intervensi konvensional. Kelompok kontrol akan diberikan intervensi sesuai standar rumah sakit. Analisis data menggunakakan dengan pairet T test

Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan perawat terkait discharge planning sebelum dan sesudah diberikan workshop dengan p-value 0.001 pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol , walaupun ada perbedaan dihasil nilai rata-rata. Penelitian juga menunjukkan ada perbedaan terkait pelaksanaan discharge planning sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan denggan p-value < 0.001. Berat Badan bayi pada ada peningkatan pada kelompok intervensi denggan p-value 0.003, sedangkan untuk kelompok kontrol peningkatan berat badan bayi tidak signifikan denggan p-value 0.927.

Diskusi: Dishcarge planning berbasis knowlage management SECI model menunjukkan peningkatan berat badan bayi. Penerapan SECI model dapat digunakan untuk mencegah malnutrisi bayi baru lahir di Rumah Sakit.
