STUDI MIXED METHODS : DETERMINAN INTENSI TURNOVER PERAWAT GEN Z DI RUMAH SAKIT

Latar Belakang : Kekurangan perawat merupakan salah satu masalah yang berada di dalam sejarah profesi keperawatanSaat ini tenaga keperawatan sudah berada di empat generasi yaitu, generasi baby boomers, generasi X, generasi millenial, dan generasi Z. Demikian juga layanan kesehatan sepenuhnya menyadari tantangan dan kemungkinan yang ditimbulkan oleh kesenjangan generasi, karena pengaruh perbedaan setiap sepuluh tahun sehingga mempengaruhi dari segi pemikiran, perilaku, dan standar budaya yang  akan terus beradaptasi. Metodologi : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed methods, dengan rancangan penelitian explanatory sequential designSampel penelitian ini adalah perawat RS yang berusia 21-27 tahun dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling kuantitatif dan purposive sampling kualitatif. Waktu penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Juni 2024 dan wawancara mendalam dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2024. Hasil : penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata usia perawat adalah 25 tahun dengan masa kerja 2 tahun. Faktor-faktor determinan yang menjadi pemicu intensi turnover dari hasil penelitian ini memiliki tema pendapatan bulanan, beban kerja, kebermaknaan spiritual, dan ketidakpercayaan diri sendiri. Kesimpulan dari Hasil secara keseluruhan determinan intensi turnover menunjukkan score 212,63 dimana score tersebut masih dalam kategori sedang yang berarti bisa berubah sesuai kondisi perawat dan kondisi manajemen rumah sakit.  Diskusi : Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan acuan untuk meneliti lebih dalam pada turnover perawat Gen Z menggunakan uji korelasi untuk mengetahui apakah memiliki nilai pengaruh yang signifikan atau tidak.
