PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DIREKTIF DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA BIDAN PADA PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN SOLOK DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan direktif dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja bidan pada Puskesmas-Puskesmas di Kabupaten Solok dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat 195 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu bidan Aparatur sipil Negara (ASN) yang berada pada 19 Puskesmas yang tersebar di seluruh Kabupaten Solok. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan di proses menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan direktif dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bidan, gaya kepemimpinan direktif dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan direktif dan kinerja bidan serta kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja bidan pada puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Solok. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di Puskesmas khususnya dalam menciptakan kepemimpinan yang efektif dan pengaturan beban kerja yang seimbang guna meningkatkan kinerja bidan.
