PENGARUH KOMPONEN MODAL INTELEKTUAL TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh komponen modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang di ukur dengan return on asset. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor keuangan non-bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2018-2021. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga komponen modal intelektual yang diuji, komponen yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dalam ini return on asset (ROA) adalah value added capital employee (VACA) dan value added human capital (VAHU), sedangkan komponen value added structural capital (STVA) tidak mempengaruhi ROA
